The Geosysta ltd software, web application, documentations whether installed on your personal computer or used or accessed from any other device via cloud services are licensed to you by Geosysta ltd. This license allows you to use Geosysta ltd software from more than one device but only by one user per session. You rights under this License will terminate automatically from Geosysta ltd if you fail to comply with the terms of this agreement.
The software or web applications are owned by Geosysta ltd and it licensors and is protected by copyright an/or patent laws and international treaty provisions and all other applicable national laws. All rights are reserved. Therefore, you must treat the software like any other copyrighted material.
The software is distributed and licensed "as is", with no warranties whatsoever, express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose are disclaimed. In no event shall Geosysta ltd, be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages (ncluding, but not limited to, procurement of substitute goods or services, loss of use, data, or profits, or business interruption, however caused and on any theory of liability, whether in contract, strict liability, or tort (including negligence or otherwise) arising in any way out of the use of this software, even if advised of the possibility of such damage.
All the information, including technical and engineering data, processes, and results, presented in Geosysta ltd software has been prepared according to recognized software development, contracting and/or engineering principles, and is for general information only. When using Geosysta ltd software for any specific application without an independent competent professional examination and verification of its accuracy, suitability, and applicability by a licensed professional engineer, he/she does so at his/her own risk and assumes any and all liability resulting from such use.
The software products should not be used for design unless caution is taken to interpret the results and to check the results independently. Governing law and severability. this Software License Agreement are governed by the laws of the Greek State. In the event that any of the provisions of this Agreement or the application of any such provisions to the parties hereto with respect to their obligations hereunder shall be held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions of this Agreement shall remain in full force and effect, and shall not be affected, impaired, or invalidated in any manner.
